Final Assembly and Test
FTI Internationl Inc. provides impeccable quality. All parts are clearly number stamped and inspected for fit and finish. All parts are coated or plated, and all surfaces are mechanically deburred to prevent any sharp edges. All parts are doweled in location or feature FTI designed stationary locators to provide stability and system integrity. All machines are modular in design and feature built in fluorescent lighting, safety interlocked guarding and touch screen controls. When multiple machine bases are utilized all systems feature FTI Sure Lok precision locators, that insure machine alignment.
