FTI International Inc. provides Bosch Power, Free Palletized and Robotic Systems to assemble a wide array of computers and computer peripherals. This Robotic Cell was designed for a class 10,000 Clean Room and provided Vision guided Robots that maintained repeatability of 5 microns, on a UV Gluing operations.

 

Electronic Dip Switches

 

FTI International Inc. has provided high speed assembly test and packaging solutions for electronic switches. This machine features a fully mechanically actuated machine that produces an 11 part assembly at 60/per minute.
This system featured a Cam Driven Dial Index machine, couple to three FTI High Speed Walking Beam Chassis. The machine featured Cognix Vision Inspection, Continuity testing in all switch positions, Co2 Laser marking and off load packaging.
