Blood Collection Devices

FTI Automation Systems has developed high speed medical Assembly and Inspection equipment for Clean Rooms from Class 10,000 to Class 100,000. This machine feature (Above) is an over and under indexing Chassis that inspected blood collection devices with a throughput of 210 parts per minute.
The machine featured servo driven motions with force monitoring, and leak testing. SPC Data collection was provided with automatic packaging.

 

 

 

Syringe Assembly and Packaging

FTI Automation Systems has provided high speed Syringe Assembly and Needle Protection Continuous Motion machines and now offers high speed packaging solutions to retrofit to your existing thermo forming equipment.

Syringe Assembly utilizes proven FTI Continuous Motion Assembly Platforms, and FTI parts Feeding and Handling Equipment. We now offer a (close coupled) Placement System that features Servo Driven Placement Robots with our unique servo driven lead screw syringe positioning and spacing device. These machines allow for reduced product handling and higher through put yields traditionally expected from hand loaded packaging equipment.
